Woody Property Services provides practical repair, installation and property-maintenance services across Birmingham. From those smaller jobs that have been sitting on the list for months to furniture assembly, kitchen repairs and household installations, our aim is to make getting things fixed straightforward.
Most people don’t have one broken thing — they have a door that catches, a mirror still leaning against the wall and a cupboard hinge that gave up last winter. Finding a separate tradesperson for each of those is more effort than the jobs are worth, and it’s the reason so many of them never get done.
So we work from photos and a description wherever we can, quote for the whole list rather than one job at a time, and try to get through as much as possible in a single visit. You know the expected price up front, and nothing is booked until you’re happy with it.

- You get a price before the work starts. If something changes on the day, we talk about it before we carry on.
- Treat the house properly
- Dust sheets, tidy fixings, mess cleared up. It's someone's home, not a building site.
- Only take on the right work
- We don't do gas, boilers or major electrical work. If a job needs a specialist, we'll tell you rather than have a go.
